Pre-Order Regulations

What is a Pre-Order? A pre-order allows you to reserve upcoming items (Myth Cloth, Hot Toys, etc.) before they physically arrive in our warehouses.

Release dates are estimates provided by manufacturers, and distribution delays do not constitute grounds for free cancellation.

Release dates may change, even with predictions of significant distribution delays. Such occurrences cannot be attributed to the owner of this page.

The undersigned retailer assumes no responsibility for any delays in delivery or market release of purchased products if these delays are due to manufacturing companies.

Payment Methods: To activate a pre-order and thus confirm the purchase, you can choose between two options:

  1. Full Payment in Advance: Payment of the entire promotional amount at the time of order.

  2. Deposit (Confirming Deposit): Payment of a fixed amount (e.g., €20, 20% of the total value, etc.) always specified in the binding sales announcement to reserve the item.

Cancellation and Retention Policy:

  • Cancellation by the Customer: Pursuant to Art. 1385 of the Civil Code, the deposit paid is considered a Confirming Deposit. In case of cancellation or withdrawal by the customer before shipment, the deposit will be fully retained as compensation.

  • Failure to Pay Balance: Upon arrival of the goods at the warehouse, you will receive a notification. You will have 14 calendar days to pay the remaining balance. After this period, without communication, the pre-order will be cancelled, the product re-listed for sale, and the deposit retained.

  • Cancellation by the Shop: If the pre-order cannot be fulfilled due to distribution cuts or reasons attributable to us, you will be entitled to an immediate refund of the deposit paid or a full refund (subject to an amicable agreement on the management of the money paid).

 

Product Arrival and Balance:

  • Balance (if applicable): Once the item arrives in our warehouses, the customer will be notified and will have 14 calendar days to pay the remaining balance. After 14 days without receiving the balance or communication, the pre-order will be cancelled, the item re-listed for sale, and the deposit will be retained.
